  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Cut the salted cod into serving-sized pieces.
  • Place the salted cod in a greased, ovenproof dish, and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 225 °C.
  • Combine flour, salt, yeast, milk, and water in a mixing bowl, and use a kitchen mixer to knead the dough for 8-10 minutes on low speed.
  • Add room temperature butter in cubes and knead until the butter is well incorporated into the dough, for 5-10 minutes. Increase the speed intermittently.
  • Let the dough rise under plastic wrap for 45 minutes.
