Fish Burger with Raw Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

Pickled Raw Vegetable Mix

Method

  • Mix together vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Cut the vegetables into thin strips and mix them into the pickling brine. Let it sit and marinate a little.
  • Heat the fish burgers on the grill, in a frying pan, or in the oven.
  • Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a dry pan.
  • Spread chili mayonnaise on the bottom and top, then assemble the burger with lettuce leaves, the fish patty, and pickled vegetables.

Serving tip:It tastes extra good with a drizzle of hoisin sauce as a dressing.
