Crackers with Pepper-Smoked Mackerel

Servings

50 g pepper-smoked mackerel fillet
2 tbsp sour cream
2 pcs flatbread
4 leaf Salad
2 slice apple, red
2 slice bell pepper, red
2 tbsp fresh basil

Method

Spread sour cream on one flatbread.
Add pepper-smoked mackerel, salad, apple, and bell pepper.
Sprinkle with chopped basil, then top with the other flatbread.
Place the crackers in the lunchbox.

Tip:Feel free to wrap the crackers in baking paper or plastic wrap to keep them together in the lunchbox.
