Grilled Salmon Wrap with Apple

Method

  • Cut the salmon into serving pieces, brush with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Fold a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil into four layers, about 15 cm in size, and brush with oil.
  • Place the salmon on foil for grilling and put it on a hot grill.
  • Grill the salmon for 3 minutes, then turn and grill for another 3 minutes on the other side.
  • Wash and shred the lettuce.
  • Slice the cucumber and cut the apple into strips.
  • Warm the tortilla wraps according to the package instructions.
  • Mix together the crème fraîche and mustard to make the dressing.
  • Place lettuce, cucumber, apple, and salmon on each tortilla wrap and top with dressing.
  • Fold, roll up, and serve.

Tip:The salmon can also be cooked in a frying pan.
