White Pizza with Smoked Salmon

  • Preheat the oven to 225°C.

  • Roll out the dough and spread crème fraîche on top.
  • Add grated cheese, sliced red onion rings, place the pizza in the oven, and bake until ready.
  • Slice the smoked salmon or use pre-sliced, and arrange it on the pizza.
  • Top with arugula, a sprinkle of pepper, and serve immediately.

Tip:You can also use smoked trout in this recipe if you wish.
