Method

  • Cut the salmon fillet into thin strips and fry in rapeseed oil for about 1 minute on each side.
  • Set aside, and sprinkle with taco seasoning and chopped coriander.

Spice Dip

  • Mix all the ingredients for the spice dip, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add more taco seasoning if you want a stronger flavor.

Side Dishes

  • Warm the taco shells according to the package instructions.
  • Place grated cheese, lettuce, and spice dip in serving bowls.
  • Fill the taco shells with grated cheese, lettuce, and spice dip, and finally add the cooked salmon strips.

Tip:Since taco seasoning contains salt, additional salt on the salmon is not necessary.
