Marinated Shrimp

  • Place the shrimp in a bowl.
  • Finely chop the red onion and mix it with the other marinade ingredients.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the marinade over the shrimp and let them marinate for about 20 minutes.
  • Peel the cucumber, split it lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut into slices.
  • Clean and cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
  • Mix the cucumber, bell peppers, and finely chopped dill with the shrimp.
  • Drain the marinade and divide the mixture into small bowls.
  • Serve with a drizzle of taco sauce on top and lime wedges for garnish.
