Rainbow Trout Rolls with Vegetables

Tortilla wraps are great for tapas as they can be filled with almost anything. In this recipe, we fill the rolls with raw trout, vegetables, and homemade spiced mayonnaise. Simple, tasty, and healthy! All our recipes are adapted from godfisk.no

Method

  • Cut the rainbow trout, avocado, cucumber, and carrot into thin strips.
  • Drizzle some lemon juice over the avocado.
  • Blend all the ingredients for the mayonnaise except the soy oil in a blender or with an immersion blender.
  • Add the oil gradually until the consistency is thick and creamy.
  • Season with cayenne pepper and salt.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the tortilla wraps, then add fish and vegetables on top.
  • Roll up, cut each tortilla into 4 pieces, and serve.
