Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Cut the cod into serving pieces and pat dry.
  • Press garlic, finely chop coriander, and mix with garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, and salt.
  • Combine the spice mixture with a little olive oil at a time, then stir in lemon juice at the end.
  • Toss the cod pieces in the spice mixture and place everything in a greased ovenproof dish.
  • Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
