  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Cut the dried fish into pieces about 4 cm, and cut onion, red onion, and tomato into wedges.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut in half.
  • Pour olive oil into a pot and heat up.
  • Layer dried fish, onion, red onion, tomato, potatoes, pesto, and olives in the pot, then place the lid on.
  • Place the pot in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the dried fish, onions, and potatoes are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the dried fish stew with bread on the side.
