  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Finely chop the garlic.
  • Sauté garlic and spinach in a little oil in a skillet over medium heat for a couple of minutes.
  • Pour in the cream, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • Add the lemon juice.
  • Combine the sauce with the cooked pasta, and add the shrimp and grated parmesan at the very end.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Tip: To save time, you can easily use frozen, deveined shrimp or pre-cooked shrimp in brine in this recipe.
