Pasta with Sardines and Pesto

Method

  • Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package and drain the cooking water.
  • Remove sardines from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
  • Cut cherry tomatoes in half and chop basil finely.
  • Mix pasta with sardines, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts, and pesto.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with basil.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the pasta freshly prepared.
