Method

  • Crack open the claws so you can access the crab meat. You can use a large knife or a nutcracker.
  • Add oil and onion to a hot skillet. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and black pepper sauce. Heat until it thickens.
  • Add crab and lime wedges and toss into the mixture. Let simmer until the crab is heated through.
  • Toast black pepper in a pan and grind it in a mortar. Add at the end, along with spring onion.
  • Serve with toasted bread and Sriracha mayo.
