  • Slice the bell peppers and cucumber.

  • Spread tzatziki on the bottom half of the burger bun, then add lettuce, cucumber, bell peppers, and a fish cake.

  • Place the top half of the burger bun on top.

Tip:You can also use wholegrain pita bread.
