  • Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
  • Finely chop the garlic and herbs, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Sauté the garlic gently in the oil from the feta cheese, being careful not to let it brown.
  • Add the herbs and cherry tomatoes, and sauté together for 1 minute.
  • Pour in hot water, mix, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Fold in the shrimp and spaghetti just before serving.
  • Serve the spaghetti with feta cheese and pine nuts sprinkled on top.
