  • Brush the hot dog buns with melted butter. Use high-quality hot dog buns, preferably brioche.
  • Warm the buns in the oven or on the grill until they get some color.
  • Mix crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chili sauce, finely chopped spring onion, and finely chopped celery stalk.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and add more chili sauce if desired.
  • Fill the warmed buns with a lettuce leaf and crab mixture, then top with herbs.
