Method

  • Cook pasta according to the package instructions
  • Blend chili, garlic, lime juice, and half of the olive oil until smooth into a paste.
  • Stir in chopped capers, chopped parsley, white crab meat, and the remaining oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drain the pasta and mix in half of the crab mixture.
  • Distribute into portions and use the remaining crab mixture as a topping. Feel free to garnish with some chopped parsley.
