Cut the salmon into cubes.
Finely chop the onion and sauté in olive oil together with taco seasoning.
Add water and taco sauce, and bring everything to a boil.
Add the salmon and gently fold so the sauce covers the salmon.
Cover with a lid and remove the skillet from heat. Let everything simmer for 1 minute.
Heat the tortilla wraps according to the instructions on the package.
Cut up avocado, tomato, bell pepper, and lettuce, and place in separate bowls.
Also add corn, cheese, and sour cream to the bowls.
Fill warm tortilla wraps with salmon, vegetables, and cheese, and serve with sour cream and lime wedges.
