Method

Wash the vegetables and warm the flatbreads according to the package instructions.
Grate the carrot into a bowl and squeeze lemon juice over it to keep it fresh.
Roughly chop the lettuce, cut cherry tomatoes into four, and slice the bell peppers.
Slice the fish cakes and fry the slices in a skillet until heated through. Alternatively, warm the fish cakes in the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C. Arrange on a serving platter.
Finely chop the herbs and mix them into the dressing. Place the dressing in a serving bowl.
Distribute the salad, vegetables, and fish cakes within the flatbreads, finishing with a drizzle of dressing on top.
