Fried Rice with Salmon

Method

  • Finely chop the chili and garlic, and mix with fish sauce, sesame oil, and honey.
  • Brush the mixture over the meat side of the salmon fillet and divide the salmon into serving portions.
  • Cook the salmon fillets in oil with the skin side down for about 5 minutes, turn the salmon over, and cook for 1 minute on the other side.
  • Cook the rice as directed on the package and cut the bell peppers into dice.
  • Sauté the rice and bell peppers in oil in a pan until the peppers start to soften.
  • Serve the fried salmon on a bed of sautéed rice and peppers.
