Baguette with Smoked Salmon

Method

  • Slice the red onion into rings and marinate in red wine vinegar for 10 minutes.
  • Cut the baguettes in half and spread with sour cream.
  • Top with smoked salmon, red onion, lettuce, cucumber, and grated horseradish.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with pepper and dill.
  • Cut each baguette in half and serve.
