Method

  • Cut the mackerel into serving pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Brush the pieces with oil and grill them for about 2 minutes on each side.

  • Slice the tomatoes into thin wedges, and cut the radishes and cucumbers into thin slices. Mix the vegetables together with finely chopped chives.
  • Combine the bacon cheese spread and sour cream, and thin it out with a little milk until it forms a rich dressing.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then pour the dressing over the salad.
