Homemade Salmon Burger

A salmon burger can easily be made indoors to serve outdoors. The recipe is a summer favorite – guaranteed to be a hit with more than just the youngest family members! All our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

Method

  • Finely chop the salmon fillet and chives, and mix together with salt and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into flat salmon patties and fry them for about 2 minutes on each side.

Potato Slices

  • Boil the baked potato until almost cooked through, about 10-20 minutes, then let it cool.
  • Slice the potato into about 0.5 cm thick slices and brush with oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then lightly grill the potato slices before serving.

Serving

  • Wash the salad, and slice the tomato and cucumber.
  • Serve the salmon burger in a burger bun with lettuce, vegetables, and dressing, with potato slices on the side.

Tip:You can use cookie cutters to cut the potato slices into various shapes.
