Honey-Glazed Salmon Wrap

This combination of juicy marinated salmon, spicy Sriracha dressing, and fresh pineapple makes for a really tasty dinner. The dish is also easy to prepare — try it yourself! All our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

Ingredients

Marinade

Pineapple and Pepper Salsa

Sriracha dressing

Method

  • Brush the salmon fillets with the honey marinade.
  • Cook them in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Mix Sriracha with sour cream, and season with pepper and salt to taste.
  • Cut pineapple and bell peppers into small dices, then mix with lime juice, olive oil, pepper, and salt.
  • Slice the red cabbage into thin strips.

Serving

  • Arrange the salmon on the flatbreads with Sriracha sauce, coriander, pineapple and pepper salsa, red cabbage, and salmon on top.
  • Sprinkle coriander over, drizzle a little dressing on top, and fold the flatbreads if desired.
