King Crab Singapore Style

  • Slice the king crab legs lengthwise, then fry in a hot pan with oil for 3-5 minutes.

Glazing

  • Finely chop ginger, chili, shallots, and garlic, then sauté gently in oil until tender. Set the vegetables aside.
  • Caramelize sugar in a saucepan, then deglaze with soy sauce and kecap manis.
  • Add lime juice and coarsely ground pepper, then toss the vegetables into the glaze.
  • Pour the glaze over the king crab legs.
  • Serve with lime on the side and a fresh sprinkle of coriander.
