Creamy Salmon with Cherry Tomatoes and Spinach

Method

  • Distribute the spinach in a ovenproof dish approximately 20 x 30 cm and place the salmon fillets on top.
  • Cut the spring onions and bell peppers into rings and scatter them, along with the cherry tomatoes, around the salmon.
  • Sprinkle half of the dill, all the flaky salt, and a bit of pepper over the fish fillets. Mix the rest with the cream and pour into the dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C with fan. The dish is ready when the sauce is bubbling throughout.
  • Prepare the barley according to package instructions while the salmon is cooking in the oven.
