Salmon in foil with potatoes, apples, onions, and dill

Method

  • Cut the salmon into individual portions.
  • Boil potatoes and slice them.
  • Cut apples and onions into wedges, and halve the radishes.
  • Distribute the salmon and vegetables on aluminum foil and generously add fresh dill on top.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Fold the foils together and let them cook on the grill until done, 10-12 minutes.
  • Squeeze some lemon over and serve with your preferred side dishes.
