Salmon and Cod Burger

A blend of salmon and cod, two favorites in one. An easy and quick dinner that everyone enjoys. You can also serve this burger with potatoes and vegetables. All our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

Method

  • Cut the fish fillets into smaller pieces and place them in a food processor with salt until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  • Add eggs, bread crumbs, lemon juice, chopped parsley, and pepper, then mix well.
  • Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Form the mixture into burgers and fry them in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Chili mayonnaise

  • Mix mayonnaise and chili sauce, and season with cayenne pepper and black pepper to taste.

Side Dishes

  • Wash lettuce and tomato, and slice the tomato.
  • Serve the burgers in hamburger buns with chili mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato.

Tip:Feel free to use any vegetables you like. The fish burgers can also be served in pita bread.
