Easy Cod Casserole

Baked cod is an easy and delicious dinner. In this recipe, you prepare a dish with cod, cauliflower, bell peppers, spinach, garlic, and crème fraîche, served with potatoes. All our recipes are sourced fromgodfisk.no

  • Set the oven to 200 °C.
  • Cut the cod into pieces about 3 cm in size.
  • Break the cauliflower into small florets, and cut the bell peppers and spinach into strips.
  • Press the garlic, mix with crème fraîche, and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the crème fraîche into the bottom of a greased ovenproof dish and layer with cod, cauliflower, and bell peppers.
  • Bake the dish in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove it and add the spinach.
  • Return the dish to the oven and bake until the fish is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and boiled potatoes on the side.
