Method

  • Cut the salmon fillet into sticks and lightly fry them in oil, about 2 minutes on each side.
  • Add soy sauce to the salmon at serving.

Noodle Salad

  • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain the cooking water.
  • Halve cherry tomatoes, cut cucumber and mango into strips, and slice spring onions.
  • Mix the vegetables and soy sauce into the glass noodles.
  • Serve the salmon on the noodle salad, sprinkled with cilantro.
