Baked Sweet Chili Salmon

  • Set the oven to 200 °C.
  • Cut the salmon into serving pieces, place them in a greased ovenproof dish, and sprinkle with a little salt.
  • Pour sweet chili sauce over the salmon.
  • Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. If you are using frozen salmon, it will need approximately 25 minutes.
  • Serve the salmon with noodles, lightly boiled beans, soy sauce, and lime wedges.
