Poached Ling Cod with Pasta

Ling cod with tagliatelle and zucchini is one of the kids' favorites, and perfect when you need a quick weekday meal. You can use ready-made sauce or make your own. All our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

Ingredients

Pasta Sauce

Method

  • Cut the ling cod into small pieces and dice the zucchini.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, and add the zucchini when the pasta is done.
  • Mix the zucchini and pasta together, and drain the cooking water.

Pasta Sauce

  • Finely chop the onion and sauté in olive oil until soft.
  • Add canned tomatoes and simmer the sauce for 10 minutes.
  • Add sugar and white wine vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bring the sauce to a boil, add the ling cod, and let it simmer until cooked through.
  • Sprinkle fresh basil over the dish just before serving.
  • Serve ling cod with zucchini and pasta sauce.
