Mango Salsa

  • Cut the mango into small cubes, finely chop the chili and coriander, and squeeze the lime juice.
  • Mix everything together, and season with salt and pepper.

Curry Dressing

  • Combine sour cream and curry.
  • Taste with lime juice and sugar.

Serving

  • Slice the Romaine lettuce into strips.
  • Place shrimp, salad, mango salsa, and curry dressing in the hot dog buns, and serve.

Tip:You can also use bread rolls instead of hot dog buns.
