Plaice and Shellfish Baked in Foil

This treasure chest for adults contains plaice, mussels, and shrimp tails in a wonderful blend of spices and vegetables. It is just as easy to prepare in the oven as on the grill. All our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

Ingredients

Method

  • Cut the plaice into portion-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Slice carrots, parsnips, and leek into thin strips.
  • Fold the foil sheets in half and place a tablespoon of butter on each.
  • Arrange the plaice in a ring on each piece of foil, then add mussels, shrimp tails, and vegetable strips on top.
  • Pour a little white wine into each package and place a lemon wedge on top.
  • Fold the foil over and place the packages on a hot grill.
  • Allow the packages to cook on the grill for about 10 minutes.
  • Open the packages and check if the fish is done.
  • Serve the treasure chests with your preferred side dishes.

Tip:You can also prepare this recipe in the oven at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes.
