Method

  • Shred the iceberg lettuce, and cut the red onion and avocado into thin wedges or pieces.
  • Prepare the salsas. Finely chop all ingredients and mix well. Let it sit while you prepare the fish.
  • Cut the cod into cubes and fry in a hot pan with a little butter. Add a splash of lime juice when cooked through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Warm the tortilla wraps in the oven, skillet, or microwave.
  • Spread chili mayo on the tortillas, then add shredded lettuce, avocado and onion, cod, salsa, and chopped cilantro.
