  • Break the snow crab legs into joint sections, then cut each piece in half lengthwise to expose the meat. Use a sharp knife with some weight or a sharp pair of scissors.

  • Heat rapeseed oil in a frying pan or wok, and quickly stir-fry the vegetables for a couple of minutes over high heat.
  • Add the snow crab meat and let it fry for about 1 minute.
  • Pour in pineapple juice and soy sauce, and let it simmer quickly to reduce.
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice over the dish.
  • Serve the stir-fry with noodles and chopped coriander sprinkled on top.
