Stir-fry with Snow Crab

Everyone knows that seafood is well-suited for stir-fry, but have you tried snow crab in your wok? The white, sweet snow crab meat pairs beautifully with the Asian flavors we've used here. All our recipes are inspired by godfisk.no

Method

  • Break the snow crab legs into joint sections, then cut each piece in half lengthwise to expose the meat. Use a sharp knife with some weight or a sharp pair of scissors.
  • Scoop out the crab meat using a small knife or pull it out with your fingers.
  • Slice red onion, spring onion, and carrot into thin strips, and break the broccoli into small florets.
  • Heat rapeseed oil in a frying pan or wok, and quickly stir-fry the vegetables for a couple of minutes over high heat.
  • Add the snow crab meat and let it fry for about 1 minute.
  • Pour in pineapple juice and soy sauce, and let it simmer quickly to reduce.
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice over the dish.
  • Serve the stir-fry with noodles and chopped coriander sprinkled on top.
