  • Cut the pickled herring, apple, and pickles into pieces, and slice the spring onions.
  • Mix the ingredients for the curry sauce and season with curry powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss together the herring pieces, apple, pickles, and spring onions.
  • Spread the curry mixture on one half of a tortilla and roll it up.
  • Cut the rolls into appropriate bites and secure with toothpicks.
  • Place the wraps on a plate and serve as tapas or an appetizer.

Tip:If you prefer, you can use spiced herring instead of pickled herring in this recipe.
