  • Cut the pickled herring fillet into strips, and boil the eggs.
  • Cut the eggs into cubes and slice the red onions into strips.

Dressing

  • Squeeze the juice and grate the lemon zest, then mix with crème fraîche.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread the dressing on the potato flatbread and top with pickled herring, eggs, red onions, and a little salad.
  • Roll up and serve.
