Bagel with smoked salmon

Method

  • Slice the smoked salmon.
  • Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and sugar, then season with cayenne pepper.
  • Finely slice Chinese cabbage and mix into the sauce along with chopped parsley.
  • Cut the bagel in two, then add some cabbage salad and a lettuce leaf on one half.
  • Place the smoked salmon on top, cover with the other half of the bagel, and serve.

Tip:In this recipe, you can use gravlaks instead of smoked salmon.
