Tip!
To steam bao buns, you can use a pot with boiling water and place a bamboo steamer with the buns on top of the pot. Alternatively, place a rack inside a pot with water, bring to a boil, then set a plate with buns on the rack. Cover with a lid and steam for 10-12 minutes. Make sure they do not come into contact with the water.
