  • Mix all the ingredients for the blini batter and cook small pancakes in a little butter until they are golden on each side.
  • Finely chop the red onion. Cut the salmon into appropriate bite-sized pieces.
  • Arrange the blinis with smoked salmon, sour cream, finely chopped red onion, and garnish with dill and a pinch of salt.

Tip:You can buy pre-made blinis if you want to save time. You can also vary the toppings according to your preference.
