  • If you are using fresh trout, the fish must be frozen for one day and then thawed before preparation when served raw.
  • Cut the trout into cubes.
  • Cook whole grain noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice and mix it with honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and olive oil.
  • Mix half of the sauce with the trout and the rest with the noodles.
  • Cut cucumber and carrot into thin strips, slice scallions into rings, and roughly chop the cilantro.
  • Place noodles at the bottom of the bowls and top with cucumber, scallions, carrot, and trout. Sprinkle with cilantro.
