Caesar Salad with Salmon

Method

  • Season the salmon fillet with garlic salt and lemon pepper
  • Heat a skillet and add oil.
  • Gently place the salmon fillet into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until one side is evenly browned and slightly crispy, then flip and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes until done
  • Tear the lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl
  • Add croutons, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese, and gently toss the ingredients to keep the lettuce leaves whole.
  • Distribute the salad onto plates, cut the salmon into cubes, and arrange on top of the salad
  • Serve with lemon wedges
