Poor Man's Lobster with Coalfish (Pollock)

4 filet hake fillet, skinless and boneless
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika powder
0.5 lemon juice
75 g butter

Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Rub the haddock fillets with the spices and lemon zest. Place in an ovenproof dish and pour over the melted butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Squeeze lemon juice over the haddock and serve with pea purée and roasted potatoes.
Other serving suggestions include steamed vegetables and barley.
