Hake Taco

Method

  • Cut the salmon and cod into cubes.
  • Toss the fish in taco seasoning before frying it in neutral oil in a skillet.
  • Cut red cabbage, cucumber, and mango into thin strips. Chop the spring onions.
  • Warm the tortillas. Feel free to use your favorite type – wheat, corn, or a thicker variant.
  • Arrange the vegetables on the tortillas along with the fish.
  • Top with crumbled feta, chili mayo, and coriander leaves.
  • Serve with lime wedges.
