Set the oven to 200 °C.
Cut the salted cod into strips.
Finely chop the garlic and cut the chili into thin strips.
Sauté the garlic and chili in oil, add the salted cusk, and continue sautéing until the liquid has evaporated.
Spread the tortilla chips in an ovenproof dish and top with salted cusk, chili, and garlic.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 7 minutes.
Cut bell peppers and red onions into strips, and slice cherry tomatoes.
Combine all ingredients for the salad.
Mix sour cream, lemon juice, and sugar.
Adjust the taste with a little more lemon juice and sugar if needed.
Serve the nachos with the salad and dressing.
