Grilled Marinated Salmon with Warm Almond Potato Salad

Grilled marinated salmon is a delicacy in itself, but if you serve it with a warm potato salad and a fresh salad with alfalfa sprouts on the side, you'll have a fantastic meal. All of our recipes are sourced from godfisk.no

Method

  • Slice the marinated salmon into serving pieces.
  • Brush the pieces with oil and grill for about 1 minute on each side.
  • Place cherry tomatoes in a bit of grill foil and grill until warm.

Potato Salad

  • Let the egg yolk come to room temperature.
  • Mix with salt and white wine vinegar, then slowly whisk in oil while vigorously whisking the entire time. The sauce should become as thick as mayonnaise.
  • Stir in sugar, mustard, pepper, and finely chopped dill.
  • Cook the new potatoes, peel them, and cut into slices.
  • Toss the potato slices with the sauce while still warm.

Salad

  • Cook the green beans in water for about 1 minute, then rinse in cold water.
  • Slice radishes thinly and mix with green beans and alfalfa sprouts.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the grilled marinated salmon with cherry tomatoes, potato salad, and salad on the side.
