Grilled Marinated Wolffish

Method

  • Finely chop the flat-leaf parsley and chili, and mix with the remaining ingredients for the marinade.
  • Divide the whelk into serving pieces and let them sit for 15 minutes in the marinade.
  • Drain the marinade well, and brush the pieces lightly with oil.
  • Grill the pieces on a double grill rack for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Serve the grilled whelk with salad and red onion sliced into rings.
