  • Cut the monkfish into serving pieces.

  • Combine parsley and thyme with lemon juice, salt, and rapeseed oil to make a marinade.
  • Place the monkfish pieces in the marinade and let it soak for about 1 hour.
  • Grill the monkfish over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve the grilled monkfish with potato salad and tomato salad.
